We offer a variety of GX classes for all fitness levels including specialty classes for aging adults. Punch card visits avail for non- members. Private group cycle room & mirrored fitness studio with spring board wooden floor.

Mixxed Fit – A dance fitness program -expolsive dance and boot camp toning.

Zumba Gold – Geared toward the aging adult with safer rotational movement.

Zumba / Zumba Toning – ZUMBA  “A dance” cardio workout with a Latin flare. Zumba Toning w/lightweight Dumbells.

Yoga – A mind muscle class to lengthen muscles and improve strength & flexibilty.

Healthy Lifestyles – A 45 minute low impact class geared for the aging adult. Strength, endurance, balance, CORE, and agility. ALL welcome!

Cycle – Indoor group cycle classes led by AFFAA trained cycle instructors.  Steep hills, high jumps, Fast flats, and sprints! Try something new!

Strength – shape, tone, and strengthen your muscles & CORE
