Classes

We offer a variety of GX classes for all fitness levels including specialty classes for aging adults. Punch card visits avail for non- members. Private group cycle room & mirrored fitness studio with spring board wooden floor.

LSAC GX SCHEDULE 2019

FITNESS FUSION – Energetic class for those seeking a low impact workout with strength training. Low impact aerobic/dance, strength training . Come work at your own fitness level!

STRONG 30 ABS/LAB – A 30 min Interval class that is synced to music. Followed by 15min abs/lab

OULA – Easy to follow high energy dance fitness class

ZUMBA – “A dance”cardio workout with a Latin flare.
*TONING – w/lightweight Dumbells
*GOLD – Geared towards the aging adult

YOGA – A mind muscle class to lengthen muscles and improve strength & flexibilty.

HEALTHY LIFESTYLES – A 45 minute low impact class geared for the aging adult. Strength, endurance, balance, CORE, and agility. ALL welcome!

CYCLE – Indoor group cycle classes led by AFFAA trained cycle instructors.  Steep hills, high jumps, Fast flats, and sprints! Try something new!

STRENGTH – Full body strength class. Utilizing weights, balls, body weight.
