MIXXEDFIT – MixxedFit is a dance fitness program that is a mix of explosive dancing and bootcamp toning.
YOGA – A mind-muscle fitness class designed to reduce stress, increase strength and flexibility while prompting proper breathing.
TOTAL BODY STRENGTH – High intensity full body workout, a great way to weight training.
ZUMBA* – A dance cardio workout with Latin flair and world rhythms. Ditch the workout and join the party!
ZUMBA* GOLD – A low intensity version, geared for new participants and aging adults.
ZUMBA* TONING – Combines targeted body-sculpting exercise and high-intensity cardio work with Latin-infused moves.
HEALTHY LIFESTYLES – A-45 minute low impact workout. Cardio, strength, balance, and core. Geared towards the aging adult /specialty population.
CARDIO STRENGTH – Strength and Cardio *non-dance
STRENGTH – No Cardio
CYCLE – Indoor group cycle class lead by a certified cycle instructor. Steep hills, Fast flats, jumps, etc. 45-minute class.
UPBEAT BARRE – Upbeat Barre combines strength training, Pilates, cardio, and yoga into a high-energy fusion of fun. UPB rocks popular tunes for an intense and accessible muscular endurance…
HIGH FITNESS – High Fitness took Old School Aerobic and transformed it into a modern, heart pounding, fun, and effective workout. Cardio and toning.
