MIXXEDFIT – MixxedFit is a dance fitness program that is a mix of explosive dancing and bootcamp toning.

YOGA – A mind-muscle fitness class designed to reduce stress, increase strength and flexibility while prompting proper breathing.

TOTAL BODY STRENGTH – High intensity full body workout, a great way to weight training.

ZUMBA* – A dance cardio workout with Latin flair and world rhythms. Ditch the workout and join the party!

ZUMBA* GOLD – A low intensity version, geared for new participants and aging adults.

ZUMBA* TONING – Combines targeted body-sculpting exercise and high-intensity cardio work with Latin-infused moves.

HEALTHY LIFESTYLES – 45-minute low impact workout. Cardio, strength, balance, and core. Geared towards the aging adult/specialty population.

CARDIO STRENGTH – Alternates strength and Cardio *non-dance

STRENGTH – No Cardio

CYCLE – Indoor cycle class lead by a certified cycle instructor: Steep hills, Fast flats, jumps, etc. 45-minute class.

BOOTCAMP – Bootcamp combines cardio, and strength training in a circuit format. Creating a total body workout.

PILATES – Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout focusing on core strength, flexibility, posture, and controlled movements, blending strength training with mind-body awareness.
